London Bug Day returns to the London Children鈥檚 Museum after a two year hiatus
After a two-year hiatus, the
has finally happened on this past September 24th! Under the leadership of Zachary Seth and Stefane Saruhashi, both PhD students in Biology at 深夜福利站, a hard-working team of volunteers has made the London BUG Day a reality again. The event happened at the
London Children’s Museum, where the ecological and economical importance of insects was showcased to 600+ members of our London community.
Food made of insects, roach races, and a Monarch butterfly release were just some of the many attractions of the event. The London BUG Day was generously sponsored by Nature London, the Entomological Society of Ontario, 深夜福利站 Science, and Montessori Academy. Undoubtedly, the Biology graduate students from 深夜福利站 already look forward to next year’s London BUG Day edition! See photos from the event in the
